We are so excited to kick off our 2nd Annual Windsong PTO Color Run! This is where you will find all of your Color Run info, leading up to the big day: wristband sales, 2025 official tie-dye shirt for Tie Dye Tuesdays, event day info, race packet pick-up times, color setting instructions, volunteer sign up, and vendor registration. Purchase your tickets before February 9th (4pm) at the Early Bird price of $30 and get a complimentary race t-shirt and headband. Purchases from after February 9th (4pm) through February 21st will NOT include the shirt or headband. Each attendee (whether or not they are participating in race events) must purchase a wristband. *This is not a drop-off event - children must attend with an adult.* Wristbands will be included in the Race Packet to wear for the duration of the event. You will be asked to select a Packet Pick-Up time at checkout (see below for times and location). Wristbands are available on the day of the event for $40 but will not include a race t-shirt.
Come out and enjoy a day of fun, food, and community. The first heat of the race will take off promptly at 11:00am. The racecourse is just under 1/2 mile, family friendly (regardless of ability), and running is not required. Four stations will be set up to coat the runners with bright colors as they proceed through the course. Runners will cross the finish line at the post-race party, with face painting, a DJ, games, and foam pit, plus NEW this year will be Color Art activities (like My-Dyes DIY tie-dye shirts), Color Powder Bean Bag Toss, Giant 65' Inflatable Obstacle Course, color-themed recreational activities and more - ALL INCLUDED with your wristband purchase! (Lunch options and Vendor Row are not included.) A photographer will be on-site capturing the entire event, as well.
Sunglasses, bandanas, and water bottles are available while supplies last.
Please wear clothes and athletic shoes you are comfortable getting dirty (color will wash off unless following the setting instructions).

Color Setting Instructions:
The color powder is non-toxic and will wash clean out of clothes. If you would like to keep the color locked in, follow these instructions:
- Remove Color Run Shirt without wiping or shaking off the color.
- Lay shirt flat and spray white vinegar to soak.
- Keep your t-shirt flat to dry and iron with high heat.
- Toss in dryer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
- Wash and wear!
